Reid Speaks at National Science Foundation Luncheon

Meets with professor and graduate students from Nevada

Nevada Senator Harry Reid today spoke at the National Science Foundation luncheon and open house on smart robot technology.  Reid also met with Professor Fred Harris of the University of Nevada Reno (UNR) and three graduate students, Roger Hoang, Richard Kelley and Sohei Okamoto.  The group from UNR discussed with Reid a summary of their work with robot technology and their efforts to collect data on issues such as climate change and seismic activity.
