Senator Harry Reid today discussed the importance of passing a bill that will prevent pay cuts to doctors to treat Medicare patients. If a scheduled pay cut occurs, many doctors could choose to stop seeing Medicare patients -- affecting seniors, veterans and the disabled. “This is important that we put this behind us so that Medicare patients and doctors know for the next decade that they’ll have a doctor to go to when they’re sick,” said Reid.
