I am pleased to inform you that my office accepts flag requests to have an American flag flown over the United States Capitol for Nevadans.

The red, white and blue American flag is the most visible symbol of the United States of America.  It is instantly recognizable here at home and abroad as a powerful sign of freedom and the rule of law.

The flag can be flown on any day of the year to honor special occasions, events, and holidays.  An authentic certificate will accompany each flag you order, showing the day it was flown and the occasion for which it was flown.

If you would like a flag flown over the Capitol, please download and fill out my flag order form (PDF).  After you have filled out the form, please attach a check for the right amount and make it out to "Keeper of the Stationery."  There is a charge of $4.05 per flag for flying the flag over the U.S. Capitol and a shipping and handling fee of $4.00 per flag.

Please remember that your check for the flag and your order form must be in the mail a minimum of three weeks prior to the date you would like the flag flown.  Of note, mail sent to my Washington, DC, office will take seven to ten days longer to arrive due to irradiation procedures.
